"Immigrants are far less likely than the average U.S.-born citizen to commit crime"

The KC Blue Blog extrapolates the data (or something) . . . And please, before somebody says "but what about illegal immigrants" Please note that most immigrants ARE illegal immigrants. Natch.

  2. I wonder if the study included the illegal that just killed 4 kids in MN on the school bus! If we had a tougher immigration policy those children would still be alive!!!

  5. Yea exactly Anon 10::28am. We could go all day on the crimes committed by US Citizens so let's not act like crimes are only committed by illegal immigrants. In fact, contrary to Nightmare's ridiculous uneducated assumption, this report shows a factual study on the topic.

I would hardly call the Public Policy Institute of California, Wellesly College and Rutgers University "Bullshit". Every year they provide this country with amazing research.

I think their educated research has way more merit than uneducated assumptions made by racist organizations. Look at Kansas! Both the Secretary of State and Attorney General agree with the study by saying that the anti-immigration legislations being pushed through are a waste of time and taxpayers dollars as no evidence has been provided ever

  8. I read the whole report, something that you didn't do, and I agree with 12:35 and this blog. The topic is simply put... exaggerated so that a few politicians on the right can get some votes and a few kkk organization presidents can get some money coming in for new hoods.

Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Pennsylvania and Connecticut all agreed after trying to pass anti-brown laws, that there was no factual evidence to support their push for hate.
