This story is just a lame excuse for TKC to make an old school Skynard reference and reveal I went to high school in Kansas a long, long time ago . . . Before Skynard but for some strange reason people still really liked them (WTF???) Anyhoo, here's the story: Court tosses out evidence (five live rounds) obtained when man was frisked . . . Essentially, the reversal of a previous ruling concerns stopping people who don't pose a strong threat to public safety. This is good news for illegal immigrants and serial killers who are most often white males.
