The Kansas City blogosphere extends much further than a small cadre of white people who like to meet and drink at dank local clubs.

Fazed is just one notch below Fark in terms web link power . . . Their headquarters is still partially in JoCo, I think.
Something Awful is an Internets juggernaut and Lowtax puts together that site from Lee's Summit.
And the most gully of these websites has to be Dethroner . . . They earned this title thanks to an informative and delectable recent post regarding bacon cups (pictured above). I know what you're thinking, they probably would hold ice cream . . . At least one of the authors is from Kansas City.

He's in Seattle but one of the other founders still lives here I think.
Props on mentioning SA, but technically Lowtax doesn't run it anymore.
