Turns out "double dipping" is a much bigger deal than simply a freaky faux pas . . . Federal housing officials say it was “inappropriate” for a developer to be paid twice — with roughly $6 million in federal and city funds — for the same costs on the Citadel Plaza project.

Perfect example of the dilema facing the Mayor. Ignore the problem and waste tons of money. Call the crooks out and get called a racist.
