One final Funky insult: Cauthen gets credit for completed Downtown construction projects while Mayor's failure in firing the guy is highlighted

The Star's Steve Penn spent most of this year reporting Mayor Funky's PR regarding a truce between the City Manager and the New Administration . . . Now the columnist who is only a mere 9 months behind TKC reports some of the accomplishments of the City Manager. It's a nice story and like Cauthen says it would be nice if KC could "move on" from this controversy . . . However, look for another move by Mayor Funky to fire the guy in just a matter of months (most likely sooner).
