The Kansas City Board of Police Commissioners on Tuesday approved the purchase of 325 digital cameras to replace outdated analog cameras. The new system will cost about $3 million. Officials hope to outfit all patrol and enforcement vehicles by August . . . Because we all deserve to watch someone poop themselves after being tasered in digital quality.
