Here's how the Royals fit into the MLB steroid scandal

A baseball blogger dutifully lists a few of the bigger names belonging to the Royals who were implicated in the Mitchell Report otherwise known as . . . "The document which reveals that America' pastime is played by a lot of intravenous drug users."

Here's the Royals players he documents:

Gregg Zaun

Rondell White

Kevin Young

Phil Hiatt

Jose Guillen

Actually, the blogger isn't really that impressed with the findings:
The Mitchell Report is basically a collection information gathered by other news sources and a bunch of names they were able to obtain from one personal trainer and one clubhouse attendant. With a single, broad stroke, they were able to smear over 70 players . . .

And Bud Selig, counting his revenue and his attendance figures, still doesn’t think his office has done anything wrong.
Personally, I could care less if the Royals used steroids either . . . Because whatever they've been doing hasn't exactly helped them to win.

UPDATE: Local blogger Lynn follows up as well with her "Douchebag list"
