KC Cyclists want to get closer to people living in a van down by the river

David Martin writes a damn good article that almost made me believe that local cyclists should be allowed to get close to the Mighty MO . . . Then I realized it was simply another story advocating for more taxpayer subsidies to support the hobby of affluent white people!!!

This is probably the 4th feature article regarding Kansas City cyclists in The Pitch in less than a month . . . There is no way in Hell these people (bastards) deserve this much press and the Pitch may do better to any other cause then the over exaggerated, whiny pleas from this KC contingent but I've heard that KC cyclists have their panties in a bunch over how much bad publicity TKC sends their way that they're running to the elitist and lily white Pitch in order to persuade the gullible media outlet that they represent more than a couple dozen bike riding, loudmouth hipsters who want all of Kansas City to pay for their riding pleasure. No homo?

Maybe you should ride a bike to relieve all of your pent up stress. Get over yourself dude. Nobody cares about your blog and you aren't even on the mind of Kansas City Cyclists.

You don't matter.

I date a cyclist, but Tony, you do have a point. One way of looking at it though -- if new trails, etc. (especially in the urban core) bring people to the area, that could be a good thing, right? I think it would be pretty cool if we residents had access to trails and paths along the river.

100% correct. It's called infrastructure and amenities Tony. Simple economics really which you claim to understand but really don't.

Stop being so one-sided and quit your name calling aimed at Cyclists who do more to improve this City than you could ever bother to do.

Give it a rest Tony you bug.

What is CJ supposed to do? Some blogger gave voice to a public outcry over The Pitch's attack pieces on Beth Gottstein and in order to cover the "newspaper's" single-minded aim to destroy the victor of an election, they had to pull a bunch of Anti-Gottstein columns. So the opened the "Lame Filler" file and found some bike riding "pieces."

It is all your fault Tony, you basement-living bug.

By the way, what DID Gottstein do or not do to CJ that pissed off CJ so much?

I was looking forward to the Martin Investigation linking Gottstein to 9-11.
