I read that Giuliani won.
Personally, I'm backing the old white guy.
For better or worse, the Dems have white dudes, a woman (jeez), a Black dude, a Latino and a midget competing for the top job whereas the Republicans didn't even bother to dig up Alan Keyes.
It just looks bad, very exclusionary and out of touch with most of this country.
Face it, if the GOP doesn't value diversity at all in the opening stages of their campaign then they're not going to later on. And with the Bush family out of the race this time, it looks like the Republicans are stupidly overlooking the (increasingly important) Latino vote.
Based on what I watched yesterday, they might as well just hand over the keys to Hillary now . . . And that's not very encouraging either.
Finally, don't try to pass off Ron Paul as a minority simply because everyone ignores him and writes him off as crazy . . . That's only 3/4ths of the minority experience in this nation.

Mike Huckabee makes a lot of sense, actually cares about health care, won't start unnecessary wars...but is a baptist who doesn't believe in evolution.
McCain was a maverick 8 years ago. Now he's just an old man who wants to end our Vietnam different the second time around.
I'm leaning more and more towards Mike Huckabee if he gets some traction. Otherwise it's a Romney vote in a desperate attempt to prevent 911 from getting the nomination and getting steamed by Hildog.

The current president has more minorities on his staff and cabinet than the "perv" did in the nineties. Besides, last I checked, white guys are okay too as long as they want what is best for the country. Again, Stigall is right. You are an indiot.
And in Mexico all the candidates are "old white guys" too, huh? If you find a qualified, capable, intelligent, conservative hispanic citizen (legal) willing to step up for the GOP, let us know about it.
