I like Richard Tolbert but he's not much of a business man, so I don't know why anybody would listen to his designs for Bannister Mall (a minority biz incubator) which is based in fantasy and doesn't really acknowledge the sad fact that the roving bands of Black youth and the perception of the public about them (along with crime stats) ruined the place therefore any kind of retail venture should probably be out of the question for anyone with any sense i.e. anybody but Hendricks. Also . . . Here's the biggest cop out and COWARDLY line I've ever read from any columnist about Bannister Mall: "Customers deserted it for various reasons."

My God, if a columnist can't be any more honest than that . . . People should just stop counting on the newspaper as their primary means of information and opinion . . . Wait. Never mind.
