Hasn't the city learned to quit with the parks. It's like the city is a park addict. Pretty soon, KC will be out sucking off other cities in exchange for parks.

And, look at all the trouble the parks board has gotten us. The last thing we need is to involve the Park's Board in anything beyond ceremonial crap.
