Does this man, Jr Rangel, have any ties to any groups that any person would have any problem with?
Where does he shop? It is sweat free clothing? I'm sure we can find some dirt on him. Maybe he gave money to a homeless guy who later used it to buy a shank to rob someone. That's worth talking about for a month at least.
All I (and I'm sure all the servers and bartenders who would be affected) have to say is thanks. We have enough minorities in this goofy ass city.
