Save the 'Stache!

Venkman over at KC Talk points out the most pressing issue affecting Democracy in Kansas City!!!

The 2008 election year is fast approaching and we need a man that can cover it without bias and with a high level of journalistic integrity. This man needs to be experienced, dedicated, and passionate about politics. This man also needs a kick-ass mustache. Micheal Mahoney used to have the best 'stache in the business..but for some reason he shaved it a couple years back.

We need to let Micheal know that he should be proud of his mustache and should grow it back immediately.

There is already a petition where you can let your voice be heard.Truly, if Kansas City is going to get the election and political coverage we deserve than Mahoney MUST GROW BACK THE 'STACHE!!!

This is not some hipster affectation. This is THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE! I urge you to help secure the most important aspect of Democracy in Kansas City. Our future hangs in the balance.
