KC Drive-bys are child's play
Other than abortion, it seems as of late that the best way to kill a kid in Kansas City is by a drive-by . . . Here's the most recent example:
A carload of people was thought to have shot a 13 year-old boy near Scarritt and Lawn avenues Sunday evening — just a few doors down from where firefighters were working a house fire.Thankfully, the kid's injuries are non-life threatening AND he is now a step ahead of the other kids his age if he ever wants a career in hip-hop.

Drive by's are a cowardly act of cowardness.
Judging the recent history of poorly aimed weapons, it seems like the safest person in a drive by is the intended target. These retards can't hit the broad side of a barn -- if they were standing inside it.
Did these people watch some video from somalia that shows people holding AKs and SKSs above their head and shooting?
