Inside the Chinatown Food Market

I have a policy about my Chinese food . . . I'd rather not know how it's cooked. That's why I don't ask any questions. However, a recent article in Present Magazine regarding a popular River Market Asian grocery store was surprisingly pleasant and thankfully devoid of any domesticated animals.
