I nominate myself

The Downtown Council is giving out an award, you should probably nominate TKC for the honor because not only do I fill all of the qualifications but also I think I deserve more trophies:

The DTC announces the 2007 Urban Hero Award Program to honor small businesses and individuals who have improved the quality of life Downtown. Do you know someone passionate about making Downtown Kansas City a more vibrant place to live, work and play? The Downtown Council wants to know! This could be by improving the physical, social, business, retail, manufacturing, office, neighborhood, political, or work environment. The emphasis will be on "un- sung" heroes who have improved the Downtown environment and have not been appropriately recognized.

Actually, I have no idea who this Downtown Council is or why in the Hell they feel they're important enough to give an award. But if a cash prize is involved, I'll be more than happy to accept on behalf of all of the poor, minorities that have been gentrified . . . But I'm keeping the money.
