The P&L District will completely suck unless it gets a real Latino Restaurant and a Real Latino Club/Lounge.
Teds is yummy. Chains are bad, but this one has good food.
Why do we want to recreate the weekend brush with death that is the Oasis club in the middle of our downtown?

I just thank God that we're going to get the same thing downtown.
I agree. The chains will actually give it a good anchor and draw in tourists. Even Times Square is riddled with chains.
As long as there will still be room for mom & pop operations too, landing national stores is a good thing for the P&L.
