Rich KC residents have problems too!!!

From KC Infozine: Keith A. Tucker paid $1.2 million to Kansas City under protest. Tucker then filed a petition seeking a refund of the payment, claiming he was not a resident of the City during the years he was assessed. Judge John M. Torrence of the Jackson County Circuit Court found that Tucker was a Kansas City resident, and rejected Tucker's claim that the earnings tax definition of "resident" was unconstitutionally vague.
