More money to be made turning in punks who shot an old man than by bank robbery

Dwight Mayhugh was working security at the UMB Bank near 79th Street and Wornall when gunman robbed the place and shot him in the process. He died of his wounds later. Now the FBI is upping the reward to 35k. I know there are a lot of "issues" related to turning somebody in but if you really want to piss off "the man" just provide Alonzo Washington with the tip.
