I'm impressed to see that local authorities are using the same strategy that seems to working in Iraq!!

The U.S. military used cards to capture Iraqi forces.

Now the KCPD is putting the victims of unsolved crimes on a deck of cards that will be distributed in local prisons.

Actually, I do like the new spin that the locals are putting on the card deck and acknowledging the victims of crime and making playing cards less enjoyable for inmates.
