The Star continues to stupidly look on the bright side as they don't want to upset their audience of senior citizens. I did not know that sedatives came in paper form but I guess the fiber is good for the dinosaur demographic rather than making a bigger deal of all the young, Black kids dying on this city's streets. In 2006 Black people counted for 82 percent of this city's homicide victims. The story suggests that KCPD is blaming this on gangs rather than their lack of any viable form of community outreach.
