Hide your TIF away
Giving his colleagues time to prepare or simply take cover Chuck Eddy recently postponed the release of the TIF audit in much the same way he has used stalling tactics on Red Bridge Road, his diet, answering questions as to why smoking is okay at the Casinos but not for small businesses and a whole slew of other topics. Honestly, I didn't know why the phrase "ANYBODY BUT EDDY" was growing so popular around this town, but now I'm starting to see why.

Chuck Eddy is the biggest liar I have ever seen. Even his supporters become liars (kinda like a contact high). Some chick endorsed him in the Star saying she has lived in Kansas City all her life. I Googled her and found that it's the one in Kansas.
