KC Mystery: A facial downtown that didn't take place in a condo or loft

Police continue investigating a highway shooting near downtown . . . By now you've probably heard that the guy was shot in the mouth . . . They say it might be road rage and not a sniper which would make sense because I always thought that exchanging money or at least a nice dinner was required before you could deliver a shot to the mouth to anyone downtown.
