I did not know that Country Club Kay was "planning" to destroy KC Neighborhoods and create mountains of debt for this town
The American Planning Association selected Kansas City Mayor Kay Barnes to receive the 2007 National Planning Leadership Award for a Planning Advocate.
In other news, I thought only real estate agents won awards for advocating for Loft and Condo dwellers.

You are unfair to the mayor. She has done more for KC than the last 3 -5 mayors put together. Look around.
