It doesn't count as police brutality but it kind of does . . .

Apparently, that baby who got a serious beat down by a local police officer is in worse shape than originally reported. Some stations are reporting that there's a chance that the kid might not live and will most likely face some kind of permanent damage from the abuse.

Of course, people shouldn't use this case to make unfair generalizations about police officers because we know that police officers never to that to people. Right?
