KC has Country Club Kay's back for $ 115 million

I didn't know that the City is on the line for the inevitable failure of the P&L district as Mayor Kay and all of the other local politicos who have consistently proven that they don't know jack about real estate development have pledged to use general budget funds if the project's designated sources come up short. Put simply, you'll be paying for this bad idea voted in my less than 30% of the public for a long time.

  1. You got it Tony. That's what City backed bonds are all about. It's just like co-signing for somebody's car loan. You really don't have any control over how they run their life/business but if they screw up the collections company is knocking on your door, not theirs.
