Downtown Maze gets even worse on Monday
Thirteenth Street, from Walnut Street to Grand Boulevard, is scheduled to close at 9 a.m. on Aug. 28 until mid-October for street replacement for the new Power & Light entertainment district. On the bright side, it'll be completely empty as soon as the P&L District is complete.

Since they drastically cut plea bargaining on traffic ticketts the city has lost close to four million dollars.
Seems those dam defense attorneys started entering not guilty pleas for their clients and asking for TRIALS!
The bastards!
Clooged up the city traffic docketts for MONTHS in advance.
So who the heck cares about downtown?
