Re-mix

The Star reports that a local man convicted of murder could get a new trial because he wasn't aware of a better deal he could have received.
The Kansas City man contends his attorney was ineffective because he did not tell him that prosecutors offered a plea deal of second-degree murder, which would have carried a shorter sentence than life without parole. Prosecutors denied making such an offer.
Again, I have no problem with this as long as I'm allowed a do-over on a few things I've screwed up as well starting with 90% of my haircuts, nearly all of my electronics purchases and the fact that I own a pair of parachute pants along with a dumbass George Foreman grill I've only used once.
