Why should inmates miss out on all the fun of murder simply because they're locked up? I guess there is no reason anybody can think of . . . Here's a couple of headlines on the subject:

I guess it's good to know that the state doesn't have a right to interfere in the string of bad decisions that led a broad to jail in the first place.
