That's rich

A recent report ranked Johnson County 41st in the nation for per capita income.

In the entire country!!! And I didn't see Jackson County anywhere near the top of that list. Still glad you paid to fix up their stadium? Just wait, you might soon get another chance to make sure their heads are dry and their asses are warm with another go round of the rolling roof vote . . . However, unless they make it legal to mug the people of JoCo I don't know how they'll justify the cost.

41st isn't all that high.

maybe top 10 is an appropriate place to gripe.

Tony,

It is not a hard game to figure out. You gain wealth by collecting quickly, paying slowly, use the system within every legal means you can, work to legally redefine legal if the current definition does not fit your needs, be aggressive, be thick skinned and remember that if you don’t make money off an opportunity then someone else will. The good news is that anyone can do it but only a few have the drive or the inclination. Some don’t do it because of a higher calling or lifestyle choice and that is great – but the ones who just whine and don’t do anything are annoying.
