KC: The sidewalks suck

A recent survey reports that only 18 percent of Kansas Citians are satisfied with their sidewalks. Surprisingly, only a small percentage of those complaints are because of disregarded drug paraphernalia or the fact that nobody in this town walks and they just don't like what they see from the safety of their car. Still, this is yet another bad mark for city officials (and the people who keep voting for them) who would rather build stadiums and other vanity projects rather than concentrate on this town's infrastructure.
