KCTV 5 reports: "A former state legislator who was fined $9,000 last year by the Missouri Ethics Commission for campaign law violations has been charged with theft and filing a false campaign finance report." You know how television news makes you think every minority kid is going to mug you? Well, I know that the many recent reports I've seen about political corruption make me very leery of voting for white guys as well.
