BlogKC has all the details but I'm thinking this is yet another case of white people wanting to be Black. They get tans, listen to hip-hop and now they want the police to beat the shit out of them. Pretty soon it'll be cool for hipsters to go to spend an inordinate amount of time in prison or have high blood pressure.
