Local blogger Joe is back in top form as he calls out Jim Rowland. Frankly, for me this guy is one the biggest disappointments among local politicos. Because he is tall and white I expected him to eventually take power but he didn't want to be Mayor and do this town some good, he'd rather feed his wallet. I noticed over the years that the guy has been putting on a lot of weight and he certainly doesn't look like the man he once was . . . They say at 50 you get the face you deserve.
