The KCPD behaviour shouldn't be all THAT surprising. After all, we recently learned that the U.S. Armed Forces actually kidnapped the wives of Iraqi insurgents in the hope of smoking them out.
This type of crap is a systemic problem throughout this country. From the smallest towns, right up to the President.
We talk the talk, but we always fail to walk the walk.
