There is some merit to preserving parts of KC's past. Not everything that's old should be torn down in the name of "progress". I'm glad the building is alive again and I hope it goes well for everyone involved with the project.
Classic venues for live music in their day, Tony. I'm one to always welcome new opportunities for downtown nightlife.
And when it comes to all this downtown renovation, you got to think about the potential for tourist dollars...
