Missouri among leaders in swats

Some kids in Missouri still get spanked. Unfortunately, this practice is not employed in the KCMO School District where administrators are in desperate need of a spanking, far more than the kids.

The article doesn't mention what earns corporal punishment but I imagine is works something like this:

- Questioning the war in Iraq: That's a paddlin'

- Making fun of Matt Blunt's hair and crooked smile: That's a paddlin'

- Asking why only the poor white kids and the minorities get paddled: That's a paddlin'

- Jumping in a river raft with your homie Jim and paddlin' down the river to escape the stupidity and violence of the adults in your state: Oh, that's definitely a paddlin'.
