From Slogans to Strategies: Ingram's editorial
Actually, this is a pretty decent list of ideas for the future of Kansas City that has nothing to do with locking up Black people and broadcasting exploiting the grieving relatives of the victims of violent crime for political gain.
Here's a sample:

Additionally, the column accurately criticizes the lack of leadership coming from City Hall:
"For all of the talk about positioning, Kansas City has not had a fully viable plan of action since the cows went west and Charlie Parker headed east."
