Dropping the Ball OR KC Body Count at 116

As the end of the year approaches, we are now at 116 murders. It looks like my prediction of 125 is going to be off. We'll see if the cold weather keeps local murderers indoors, if Kay Barnes offsets the numbers by noting the even greater rise in condo development and if hardcore criminals (or those scared of them) pay attention to public service ads.
