Country Club Kay is preparing to address the lowly masses. The Star begins it's coverage with an open love letter:

As Kansas City Mayor Kay Barnes gives her sixth annual “State of the City” speech today, she is coming off her most momentous year since taking office.

C'mon, I know that Kay looks like she could suck a golf ball through a garden hose but nobody is that good in bed. Not that I wouldn't be willing to find out. (The Star)
