After investing nearly $13 million in a computer system for tracking capital improvements, Kansas City officials are pulling the plug on the project.

Sounds like city officials aren't immune to getting duped by a product that sounds too good to be true. On the other hand, our luscious lady Mayor looks like she might be having luck with anti-aging cream that she probably picked up from late night TV.
