Throwing it all away

Police are investigating after a body was found Thursday morning at 17th Street and Locust. . .Investigators said the body was in a trash bag.

It's horrible to see people in this town get away with murder. Psychos are throwing out dead bodies with the trash and I have to recycle my pizza boxes or I'll get a ticket.
