Sexual Chocolate

I've received a couple of e-mails about my posting boobie links lately, so I'll use this space to address the issue in a post dedicated entirely to boobies.

I like'em (a lot) but there is a big ethical hurdle in deciding to post them. First, I don't think of boobies as porn and while others may call it pornography I guess we're just gonna have to disagree. Secondly, this page is nothing more than a summary of my interest regarding all things Kansas City. And I'm guessing that I'm not the only guy out there in KC who likes boobies. And finally, I don't normally share my stats but in just this week my traffic has seen a 30% spike that I can only attribute to the appearance of the new content.

However, if I was only interested in traffic (or profit for that matter) why not just start a porn/boobie site? Good question. While I wouldn't want to lie to you and tell you that Internet porn isn't an interest of mine, I don't think it's the most interesting thing on the net and not at all as interesting as the daily news and gossip that this town provides.

I was talking to my girlfriend about the subject and she thinks that most porn/erotica is funny and not sexy at all. According to her, it's more of an indicator as to what the consumer thinks is sexy or really just a corny way to monetize (read: subjugate) women. She's probably right but I'm not making any money off this site so I don't feel too bad about it.

Still, I have a few rules when in comes to boobie links that I'd like to share: I won't provide any "action" shots and any hardcore ads on the page I link to is not my fault or my doing. I don't produce any of the content (somebody wrote me and thought I was lucky enough to spend all day taking pictures of nude women). And lastly, I'll try to relate the boobie links to some kind of KC news related topic since that's the real reason why this page is published.

Why all the explanation? Just wanted to clear the air and find an excuse to post another boobie link.

Peace,

Tony

  1. I don't care if you post boobie links...just as long as they're clearly labeled, so I don't click on them. :-)
