Kansas Political Scandal Bores Jury

Two jurors at the second trial of former
Pratt County Attorney Tom Black have been dismissed for falling asleep.

Black is accused of taking four-thousand dollars intended for a traffic diversion account. He's charged with 14 counts of misusing public funds.
