Blunt beats Dems again

The Democratic Party had filed state ethics complaints about three of Blunt's tentatively announced contractors . . . In letters dated April 21, the Ethics Commission said it had determined the Department of Revenue had not awarded the contracts for the license offices and therefore dismissed the complaints.
